Welcome to CrewScapes! These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and platform. By booking through CrewScapes LLC, including its affiliates, partners, employees, and agents (collectively referred to as "CrewScapes"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully before interacting with our website at Crewscapes.com or using any portion of the Platform. These Terms contain important information regarding your use of the Platform, including limitations of liability and user obligations. Your access and continued use of the Platform are strictly conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, defined as any individual or entity accessing or utilizing our services. If you do not agree with any provision outlined herein, you do not have permission to access or use the Platform. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose user data.
1. Our Business Model
CrewScapes specializes in curating highly customized and ready-to-book weekend experiences. Our service includes booking rental homes, activities, and dining reservations for groups, with a focus on seamless and curated experiences.
- We earn commissions from some, but not all, vendor partners.
- We add a per-person commission to group bookings.
- All experiences are curated based on availability, and we prioritize securing top-tier partners.
2. Availability & Alternative Options
Our availability is near real-time but not guaranteed. If an item in your booking becomes unavailable, we will provide a comparable or better alternative. CrewScapes reserves the right to substitute experiences of equal or greater value to maintain itinerary quality.
3. Booking Policies & Refunds
- All bookings are final and non-refundable.
- Each vendor has its own cancellation and refund policy, which you agree to upon booking. CrewScapes will always attempt to accommodate date or time changes, but this is not guaranteed.
- If an experience must be altered due to vendor restrictions, CrewScapes will work to find a suitable alternative.
4. Vendor-Specific Terms & Conditions
Customers booking on our site agree to vendor-specific terms and conditions (to be included as appendices for vendors with specific terms beyond ours).
5. Payment & Credit Card Authorization
- Deposits & Payment Handling: CrewScapes may use a third-party payment processor to handle transactions securely.
- Dining Reservations: CrewScapes may use its own card to hold private dining reservations based on your itinerary. If an additional charge is required, this will be clearly highlighted in the section below.
- Retained Credit Card Information: Your card may be used for required vendor deposits where necessary.
6. Restaurant Policies
CrewScapes facilitates group dining reservations but does not own or operate any restaurant partners. Each restaurant has its own policies, which guests must adhere to. Please review the following policies for city specific dining reservations.
Restaurants & Policies
Charleston
- Citrus Club Rooftop – Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis for parties of 8 or fewer. For groups larger than 8 a credit card hold is required and there is a minimum spend if the group prefers a reservation. CrewScapes' credit card will be used to hold the reservation, but if the group is a no-show, cancels within the penalty window, or fails to meet the minimum, the client will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
- Ritual – Parties of 14 or more require a party planner and a set menu (we will recommend an alternate for groups over 14) – A credit card is required for parties over 6 – No deposit required – Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $10 per person charge. CrewScapes' credit card will be used to hold the reservation, but if the group is a no-show or cancels within the penalty window, the client will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
- Bar 167 – Parties over 16 require a buy-out (we will recommend an alternate for groups larger than 16) – No deposit required – A credit card is required to hold the reservation – No pre-set menu required – Cancellations within one hour of the reservation time will incur a $50 per person charge. CrewScapes' credit card will be used to hold the reservation, but if the group is a no-show or cancels within the penalty window, the client will be charged the applicable cancellation fee.
- Home Team BBQ – All first-come first-serve. We recommend building in waiting time.
- Indaco – Parties less than 11 no deposit required. A credit card is required for groups 12 or greater – A $250 deposit is required, refundable until one week prior – Cancellations within one week are non-refundable, but rescheduling within the same week is permitted. Clients' credit card will be used for the deposit if the group is larger than 11.
7. Support & Customer Assistance
CrewScapes provides support throughout your trip:
- Support Line: We will have a dedicated support line running during your trip for any issues during daytime hours. We will respond the following morning if issues are shared after hours.
- Vendor Contact Information: You will receive direct contact details for your rental home and booked activities to handle any immediate concerns.
- On-Trip Assistance: Our team will assist in real-time should issues arise with your itinerary.
8. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- CrewScapes acts as a booking intermediary and is not responsible for the actions or policies of vendors.
- Customers assume responsibility for their group's behavior and understand the risks associated with certain activities.
- CrewScapes is not liable for any incidents, injuries, or disruptions caused by third-party vendors.
9. Additional Terms
Your Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk
The Platform may contain links to third-party Vendor and Experience websites, applications, services, or resources. You acknowledge and agree that we have no responsibility or liability for the acts or omissions of any person or entity related to any Vendor or Experience. We provide a platform to facilitate bookings between users and Vendors. Vendors and Experiences may have different terms and privacy practices. You agree that we are not responsible for any Vendor's or Experience's terms, actions, or practices, and do not verify their compliance with applicable laws.
Your Responsibilities: You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and those of anyone you invite to join. Many activities carry inherent risks, and by participating, you assume those risks.
Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT ACCESS TO AND USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS." CREWSCAPES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Miscellaneous
- Changes to Terms: CrewScapes reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
- Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
- User Agreements: By booking through CrewScapes, you acknowledge and accept these Terms.
